The OceanCliff estate at 65 Ridge Road was built between 1894 and 1896 as a Romanesque-style granite mansion designed by Peabody & Stearns on ten acres overlooking Narragansett Bay. The property houses 24 guest rooms, a historic gatehouse, and event spaces including a Grand Ballroom, a seaside lawn, and a tented Upper Deck. Its sister venue, Regatta Place, is located on Goat Island Marina and features a dockside patio next to a cream-and-white striped tent with draping and chandeliers. The venue seats up to 180 guests for a seated reception or holds up to 200 standing, with packages providing gold Chiavari chairs, ivory linens, and complimentary parking.
