Gardiner House is a 21-room boutique hotel built in 2023 along Newport Harbor at 24 Lee's Wharf. French entry doors lead into a grand foyer featuring a Murano glass chandelier and a two-story staircase wrapped in a digital recreation of a 1905 tropical mural by artist Howard Gardiner Cushing. For events, the 2,400-square-foot Gardiner Ballroom features floor-to-ceiling windows with harbor views and leaf-patterned wallpaper, seating up to 170 guests for a seated reception or holding up to 200 standing. Additional event spaces include the 750-square-foot Sun Room, which is a solarium with floor-to-ceiling windows, and the Studio Bar, which features forest-green walls, a golden ceiling, and a working wood-burning fireplace. The adjacent outdoor Harbor Lawn hosts tented waterfront gatherings, while wedding packages include dedicated event management, bar service, and custom menus with desserts from an in-house bakery.
