Built in 1878 by architect William Ralph Emerson for William Ellery Channing Eustis, the Eustis Estate is a Gilded Age mansion situated on eighty acres at the base of the Blue Hills. Inside, the mansion features a grand living hall with stained glass windows and a terra cotta fireplace under a gold-leaf arch, alongside a dining room, two parlors, and a library. The estate seats up to 50 guests inside the mansion for a seated reception, with outside catering arranged separately as the venue does not provide food services. Rental packages include exclusive use of the property, seventy-five black folding garden chairs, an on-site planning meeting with the caterer, and coordination of deliveries. The venue is located at 1424 Canton Ave in Milton, Massachusetts.
