The Lanam Club

Historic Estate / Mansion in Andover, MA. Wedding venue pricing, packages and fees.

Located at 260 North Main Street, the Lanam Club was built in 1916 as a Spanish Colonial Revival mansion for William M. Wood before transitioning into a private social club in 1957. Overlooking the Shawsheen River, the stucco-sheathed building features a green tile roof, a porte-cochere entry, and interiors with custom millwork and a cast plaster ceiling over the main dining room. The venue offers exclusive use of the property, which contains a private walled garden, terraces, and a carpeted, three-season marquee tent. For weddings of up to 120 guests, packages include private preparation suites—with a pool table in the groom's lounge—and a one-hour cocktail hour with four passed hors d'oeuvres and a local cheese display. Receptions feature a seated, plated first course and a choice of two entrées, followed by optional late-night snacks, a consumption-based bar, and complimentary cake cutting, white linens, and Chivari chairs.
