Located on a 4. 5-acre oceanfront parcel on the campus of Endicott College in Beverly, Massachusetts, the Misselwood Estate features an ivy-covered brick mansion built in 1926. The interior of the house includes a study with a checkered floor, a window-lit sunroom, and a hospitality room used for pre-ceremony preparations. Outside, a ten-foot brick wall surrounds the property, which contains manicured lawns, a patio, rocky cliffs, and a private beach overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. French doors connect a courtyard to a seasonal, climate-controlled reception tent that seats up to 210 guests and features a 20-by-20-foot parquet dance floor, a mosaic floor embedded with sea glass, wall sconces, and chandeliers. All main reception food services are provided exclusively by Vinwood Caterers.

Good to know
- Pricing is valid for 2027.
- Events that do not meet the minimum guest requirement will be subject to a fee of $2,000.00.
- Endicott College requires a certificate of General Liability Insurance to include host liquor liability in the minimum amount of $1 million.
- Alcoholic beverage service cannot exceed 4.5 consecutive hours and must end 30 minutes prior to the end of the event.
- No outside alcoholic beverages are allowed on the premises.
- Ending time of events for Friday and Saturday is 11 p.m. and 10 p.m. on Sunday and mid-week. Sunday events during holiday weekends can be extended until 11 p.m.
- Extensive reception set ups or furniture rentals may require hiring an outside wedding planner/day of coordinator.
