Located at 24 Asbury Street in Topsfield, Massachusetts, Willowdale Estate is a historic 1902 Arts and Crafts and Jacobean Revival fieldstone mansion situated within the 720-acre Bradley Palmer State Park along the Ipswich River. Originally constructed as a summer residence for Boston attorney Bradley Palmer, the property features a Garden Courtyard and a peak-season custom Sperry sailcloth tent with concrete flooring that seats up to 240 guests for a seated reception. Indoor spaces include the Glass Conservatory, which offers panoramic views and a sky-lit ceiling, and the Great Room, which contains cathedral ceilings, exposed beams, an ornate orchestra balcony, and an etched stone fireplace. The venue provides on-site dressing suites, and its base catering packages include five passed hors d'oeuvres, a cheese and crudités table, a soup or salad starter, two plated entrées, a complimentary sparkling wine toast, and a signature cookie station.
