Built in 2016, the boutique hotel houses 94 guest rooms and suites, a seasonal rooftop pool and bar, and the 1606 Restaurant & Oyster Bar. For weddings, the 3,327-square-foot Beauport Grand Ballroom features handcrafted chandeliers, hardwood flooring, and floor-to-ceiling glass doors that open onto the Oceanside Terrace. This space, which seats up to 230 guests for a seated reception, is accompanied by other event areas including the Pavilion Room with its private veranda. Custom wedding packages provide all tables and Chivari chairs, elegant china, linen, flatware, stemware, a chilled sparkling toast, cake cutting and plating services, and a plated dinner with choices of poultry, beef, pork, lamb, seafood, vegetarian, or vegan entrées.
