Located on a seven-acre waterfront property in Winterport, Maine, Penobscot Bay Estate overlooks the bay and features a riverside plateau and a bayside bluff. The estate grounds house an antique barn, a private patio, and a 4,000-square-foot private residence containing getting-ready rooms with 14-foot ceilings, stained-glass windows, and a curved staircase. For celebrations, a 1,400-square-foot Speakeasy is available, and ceremonies can take place under a 30'x40' clear-top tent at the water's edge. Receptions are held under a 44'x103' sailcloth tent with a hardscape floor, which seats up to 160 guests or holds up to 200 standing. The venue provides on-site accommodations for up to 18 guests across four cabins and a waterfront honeymoon cottage.
