Sold in an off-market transaction in late 2025, Harbor Lights in Warwick, Rhode Island, is a 70-acre waterfront leisure, marina, and golf destination on the scenic edge of Warwick Neck overlooking Narragansett Bay. The property's centerpiece is a redesigned 15,394-square-foot clubhouse featuring classic New England shingle-style architecture, which houses a bright, airy Grand Ballroom that seats up to 200 guests for a seated reception or holds up to 300 standing.
