The spaces include the 1896 Colonial Revival Casino, which features hand-finished wood paneling, maple floors, and a second-floor ballroom with 20-foot ceilings and birch flooring. The property also features the Botanical Center, which houses a glass-enclosed Conservatory containing 45-foot-tall palms, a koi pond, and a waterfall, alongside the tile-floored Mediterranean Room. Accommodating up to 200 seated guests or 300 standing, the estate provides outdoor options such as a gazebo, a rose maze, and the tented Lakeside Pavilion along Edgewood Lake.
