The property features a climate-controlled, Adirondack-style barn built with wide-plank timber floors, French doors, a "Lofted Lounge," and a private sweetheart table platform called "The Perch". A wrap-around covered porch with rocking chairs opens onto a lighted courtyard with a firepit, while getting-ready spaces include The Cottage and a secondary dressing room known as "The Mancave". The venue, which offers horse-drawn carriage rides, seats up to 140 guests for a seated reception. Outside catering is required as the farm does not provide direct food or bar services.
