The Lower Barn contains wooden beams and stone walls that open onto a covered veranda overlooking a 26-acre pond, while the Hangar is a converted airplane hangar situated next to a private grass airstrip. To accommodate larger events, the venue can seat up to 500 guests for a seated reception on the grounds, allowing couples to choose their own caterer or hire food trucks, though bar services are not included in the rental fee.
