Originally built in 1771 by Colonel Ebenezer Crafts, this historic estate is located on the Town Common at 277 Main Street (Route 131) in Sturbridge, Massachusetts, spanning a 43-acre campus with over eight buildings. Receptions for up to 200 guests can be held in Paige Hall, an indoor ballroom featuring post-and-beam cathedral ceilings, 1700s iron chandeliers, and a greenhouse wall of windows, which connects to an original 1771 barn with horse stables, a built-in bar, and a brick patio. Outdoor gatherings can take place under a 50-by-60-foot garden tent with side walls and stone paver flooring, adjacent to the Red Barn Patio and a garden gazebo surrounded by stone walls. Wedding packages feature a five-hour reception, a private wedding party room in the library, a three-course plated dinner, a custom cake made by on-site pastry chefs, and an overnight suite for the couple, with an option for a one-hour Call Brands Bar on mid-week packages. The property houses 125 guest rooms across four lodging facilities—the Historic Inn, Chamberlain House, Tillyer House, and Country Lodge—along with an on-site spa, fitness room, and bake shoppe.
