Located at 310 Portland St in South Berwick, Maine, The Red Barn at Outlook Farm is a post-and-beam replica of the hay barn that once stood on the property, situated behind a brick farmhouse on an 18-hole golf course. Inside, the Grand Ballroom features two working stone fireplaces, wrought iron chandeliers, and soaring ceilings with exposed wooden beams, alongside a private suite. Outside, a covered veranda overlooks the golf fairways, and overnight lodging is available one mile away at the venue's sister property, the Stage House Inn. The venue seats up to 200 guests for a seated reception, with packages that include a five-hour reception, the facility fee, a champagne toast for all guests, and a bar set up with bartenders. Onsite catering is served in a plated, sit-down format and includes stationary vegetable crudité and cheese displays, salad, bread rolls, a choice of two to three entrées (plus a vegetarian option), accompaniments, and stationed coffee and tea.
