Spring Hill is located on 60 acres of meadows, pine groves, and a sandy beach waterfront at 117 Pond Road in South Berwick, Maine. Originally operating as a local public recreation area in the 1960s, the property was purchased by John and Rosalie Scharf in the 1970s and rebuilt in the 2000s. The main building houses a ballroom with 30-foot cathedral ceilings and oak hardwood floors, alongside a walk-out deck that runs the entire length of the structure. Outdoor ceremonies are hosted on a hillside trellis overlooking the water and forest. The venue seats up to 200 guests for a seated reception, offering custom buffet dining with carving stations and bartender service for a cash bar.
