Apple Acres Farm is a third-generation, certified organic apple orchard in Hiram, Maine, founded in 1949 by Leighton Johnson. The outdoor-only wedding venue features ceremony and tented reception spaces that overlook the Saco River Valley in the foothills of southwestern Maine. Receptions for up to 200 seated guests take place under a white wedding tent equipped with a dance floor, wooden chairs, perimeter lighting, and 20 handmade farmhouse tables. For rehearsals and smaller events, the venue offers the Treehouse Room, which provides in-house catering, while outside caterers can access a commercial kitchen for the main reception. Packages also include day-of event coordination, indoor restrooms, and access to the property the day before and after the event for rehearsal and decoration collection.
