Located at 1583 Harpswell Neck Road on five acres near Casco Bay, Live Well Farm features a white, two-story farmhouse built in 1835 and a century-old post-and-beam barn. The property hosts up to 200 guests for standing or seated events, offering space for a tented reception as well as a Formal Ceremony Garden with white benches for up to 150 people. Outside, the landscaped grounds include an apple orchard, a blueberry patch, flower gardens, a gazebo, and a shack. On-site lodging is available in the farmhouse, which has five bedrooms, 2. 5 bathrooms, a kitchen, and a dining room. The venue provides parking for up to 40 cars, has no on-site bar, and requires insured outside caterers for all food.

Good to know

• All weddings require at least a Day of Coordinator present on the wedding day.
• For guest counts of 100+, an additional outside restroom rental is required.
• Tents are not included in the rental fee and must be rented through One-Stop Event Rentals.
• Music in the barn must end by 10:45pm (front barn doors close at 9:30pm); music in the Apple Orchard must end by 8:00pm.
• Dogs are not allowed in the farmhouse (ceremony-only exceptions may apply, additional fees may apply).
