Bournedale Function Facility, originally opened in 1937 as a summer camp, is a lakefront banquet hall located on Great Herring Pond in Plymouth, Massachusetts. The 10-acre property features a private beach, casual country housing for over 100 overnight guests, an indoor heated pool and spa, and a dedicated indoor room for the wedding party during inclement weather. The 6,000-square-foot main lodge houses a gourmet dining area that overlooks the water and seats up to 150 guests for a seated reception. Wedding packages offer beachfront ceremonies, pontoon boat rides during cocktail hour, and post-reception beach campfires. Food prepared by the in-house chef consists of a complimentary fruit and cheese display, three passed hors d'oeuvres, and a two-station main meal.
