Set on a three-acre landscaped estate in the shoreline community of Madison, Connecticut, this property was originally built in the 1940s as a seaside retreat. The grounds feature mature shade trees, open lawns, and nine restored seasonal cottages decorated in a coastal New England style, alongside an onsite gift shop called The Little Station. Wedding events take place on a central lawn and a 1,600-square-foot patio covered by a 40x40-foot frame tent with a chandelier and café-style string lights. This outdoor setup accommodates up to 65 seated or 75 standing guests, with packages including on-site catering, day-of event coordination, and parking for up to 50 vehicles. Dinner features a cocktail hour grazing table followed by a buffet of main options like beef brisket, pulled pork, or barbecue chicken, served alongside cornbread, coleslaw, and three sides.
