Located on the western shore of Pontoosuc Lake in the foothills of the Berkshire Mountains, this waterfront venue hosts seated receptions for up to 150 guests under a 40'x80' structural event tent featuring artificial turf flooring. The grounds feature terraced lawns, a private boat launch, and access to on-site watercraft including kayaks, canoes, and paddleboards. Seven lakeside cottages—including the Artists, Writers, Dock Masters, Greylock, Holiday, Berkshire, and the flagship Lake House Lodge—collectively sleep 50 to 60 overnight guests. These individual accommodations are built with wooden interiors, stone gas fireplaces, and fully equipped kitchens containing granite countertops. Event packages require a full property buyout and provide setup, tables, house linens, a dance floor, and coordination services, though hosts must hire a licensed outside caterer and arrange their own bar.
