The Provincetown Inn, located at 1 Commercial St, was sold to Linchris Capital Partners in December 2023. Originally developed in 1925 by Joshua Paine, the waterfront property sits on six acres next to Pilgrim’s First Landing Park and includes a four-acre peninsula added in 1957. Indoor spaces include the Harbor View Banquet Room, the Tiffany Room, and a two-story interior court, with hallways decorated in floor-to-ceiling historical murals painted by Don Aikens. The grounds also house a Pilgrim-hat-shaped outdoor pool, a private beach, a large lawn, and 102 guest rooms. For weddings, the inn provides plated, buffet, or brunch catering featuring New England seafood, optional carving stations, and a hosted bar for up to four hours.
