Originally designed by architect John Calvin Stevens and built in 1914 as Breakwater Court, the property has been owned by the Boughton family since 1947 and contains 140 guest rooms across five buildings. Event spaces include the Oceanfront Lawn and Ocean Terrace, as well as the indoor Ballroom and the Grand Dining Room. The venue seats up to 200 guests for a seated reception, offering dinner options such as traditional lobster bakes, BBQ, and multi-course plated surf and turf.
