Outdoor ceremonies take place on the front lawn facing the water, while indoor events are hosted inside a two-level function hall. The interior features floor-to-ceiling windows, a dance floor, and an upper-level bar separated from the lower room by a short set of steps and a railing. Reception packages include a five-hour room rental, setup and breakdown of decor, an event coordinator, gold ballroom Chivari chairs, a chilled champagne toast, and access to a private bridal suite starting three hours prior to the ceremony. The venue accommodates up to 200 guests for a seated reception or up to 150 standing, with required catering provided by Vinwood Caterers, Creative Catering, Gourmet Delights, or Timothy S. Hopkins Catering.
