Located at 680 Chequessett Neck Road atop the bluffs of Wellfleet Harbor, the Chequessett Club is a country club overlooking Wellfleet Bay and Great Island. Originally established in 1929 as a golf club, the property features a nine-hole semi-links golf course, tennis and pickleball courts, and a private bayside beach used for ceremonies. The venue's barn-style Boathouse is constructed with exposed beams, hardwood floors, and a custom full bar, opening onto a tented deck. For seated receptions of up to 165 guests, dinners are held under a 44-by-63-foot Waterfront Tent that features clear siding and a hard-packed sand floor. Five-hour rental packages include a beach ceremony, a boathouse deck cocktail hour, a waterfront tent dinner, dancing inside the boathouse, a golf cart shuttle, and tables and chairs setup and breakdown, though couples must select their preferred caterer as the venue does not provide food, and no bar is included in the rental packages.
