Currently listed for sale as of mid-2026, Dexter's Inn is a 20-acre hilltop bed and breakfast overlooking Mount Sunapee and Mount Kearsarge. The historic property features an 1804 Main Inn containing ten guest rooms, a library, and a dining room; a seven-room Annex with a game room; and a separate two-bedroom Cottage. On-site amenities include a heated pool, tennis courts, a licensed pub, and a cross-country ski and snowshoe trail center. Wedding packages provide exclusive use of the estate from Friday at 3:00 p. m. until Sunday at 11:00 a.
