Built in 2004 by the Fairfield Catering Group, The Waterview is a 44,000-square-foot facility situated on 13 acres along Lake Zoar in Monroe, Connecticut. The outdoor grounds include landscaped gardens along the water, featuring the East Patio ceremony area and the West Garden, which houses a fountain. The interior features a grand staircase, a marble foyer with domed ceilings, and private bridal dressing suites. Receptions are hosted in the Grand Ballroom, which can be divided into individual East and West rooms and features floor-to-ceiling waterfront windows, crystal chandeliers, fireplaces, and marble dance floors. Wedding packages provide a dedicated event coordinator, a five-hour open bar, and custom wedding cakes prepared onsite by a pastry chef, alongside multi-course dinners.
Food
Includes hand-passed hors d'oeuvres, choice of two cocktail stations, choice of appetizer or two courses, choice of three entrees plus vegan option, and wedding cake. Additional cocktail, carving, dessert, late night, and exit stations are available at an extra per-person cost.
