The property overlooks Mount Monadnock and contains 12 acres of blueberry fields, raspberry fields, and cut flowers. For weddings, the venue accommodates up to 200 seated guests, utilizing a 40x84-foot clear-sided tent for receptions alongside two small cabins used for getting ready. The outdoor event areas consist of a cocktail barn, an observation deck, a stone patio, and an overlook lawn with a fire pit, which are furnished with 20 nine-foot rectangular wooden tables, matching benches, and 200 white chairs. Outside catering is allowed with no required vendors, and clients have the option to provide their own alcohol.
