Located at 88 Morningside Drive, the Golf House at the historic Lake Placid Club sits on a 900-acre property originally founded by Melvil Dewey in 1895. Overlooking the Adirondack High Peaks—including Marcy, Algonquin, and Iroquois Mountains—the indoor venue features open-beamed ceilings, a massive stone fireplace, and antler chandeliers. An attached covered pavilion with a wood-beamed ceiling and an open floor plan opens onto an outdoor patio overlooking the golf courses. The space seats up to 300 guests for a seated reception, and rental packages include use of the event space, kitchen, restrooms, and the pavilion.
