Located at 1 Franklin Street in historic downtown Exeter, New Hampshire, MILA by The White Apron is an event venue designed by Winter Holben Design + Architecture inside a renovated 1915 concrete-block building that originally served as an automotive repair facility. The venue offers exclusive use of several spaces, including a dining room and lounge featuring coffered ceilings, square pillars, and geometrically contrasting windows. Outside, an outdoor lawn with a decorative stone wall serves as a ceremony site, which opens onto a covered patio and terrace equipped with an open fireplace. The facility accommodates up to 120 guests for a seated reception or 150 standing, and includes 10:00 AM access to a private bridal suite featuring three beauty stations and a lounge area. All-inclusive wedding packages feature catering by The White Apron, encompassing six butler-passed hors d'oeuvres, a plated or buffet dinner, a five-selection mini sweets station with coffee and tea, and a five-hour open bar serving house brands.
