Formerly operating as Stony Creek Brewery, the facility at 5 Indian Neck Avenue was acquired by New England Brewing Company, which now hosts events in its top-floor space, The Loft. Situated on the banks of the Branford River, this space features a private outdoor deck with waterfront views, a fireplace, a dedicated bar, and dedicated restrooms. The Loft accommodates up to 120 guests for a seated reception or 200 standing. Rental packages provide 13 hours of exclusive use—divided into eight hours of setup, four hours of reception, and one hour of breakdown—along with complimentary tables, chairs, and an in-house sound system. Bar services are not included in the base rental, and food must be provided by an independent caterer from an approved list featuring NEBCO Kitchen, Naples Pizza Truck, Shoreline Café, and Bourassa Catering.
